About the Product (NAF NFC Cards)
1. What is the NAF NFC Smart Card?
The NAF NFC Card is a versatile smart card. It contains two technologies in one card:
- NFC Chip (Near Field Communication): To share your information with a simple tap on a smartphone.
- Printed QR Code: As a backup option to ensure the card works with 100% of phones, even those that do not support NFC.
2. How does the card work exactly?
The customer has two instant options:
- NFC Option: They tap their smartphone on your card. An instant notification appears on their screen. Once they tap it, they are directed to your link.
- QR Option: The customer opens their phone camera (or any QR scanner app) and points it at the code printed on the card to access the same link.
3. Does the card work with all smartphones?
Yes, 100%! We designed the card to be compatible with all smartphones, without exception:
- Modern Phones (NFC-enabled): Work directly via the ‘Tap’ feature.
- Older Phones (or any phone): The customer can simply scan the QR code printed on the back of the card using their camera.
4. Does the customer need to download a specific app to use the card?
No! The customer does not need to download any application at all, whether they use the NFC feature or the QR code.
5. Are there any monthly or annual subscription fees?
No. You pay only once when you purchase the card. There are no hidden fees or future subscriptions to keep the card or its dynamic link feature active.
6. How many times can the card be used?
Usage is completely unlimited. You and your customers can tap the card or scan the QR code an infinite number of times (whether for collecting reviews or sharing your profiles).
7. Does the card have an expiration date?
No. The card works for life. Once you purchase it, it is yours and operates permanently without any interruption.
Ordering and the Dynamic Link Feature
8. How do I order my card?
- Browse our store and choose the card type you want (e.g., “Google Review Card”).
- On the product page, enter the initial URL you want programmed onto the card.

- Add the product to your cart and complete the checkout process.
9. What if I entered the wrong URL during the order?
Don’t worry! Since all our cards use dynamic links, we can modify the link for you at any time, even after the card has been shipped. Just Contact Us and we will update it for you.
10. Can I change the link on the card after receiving it?
Yes! This is the most powerful feature of our cards. All links are “dynamic,” which means you can change and edit them remotely at any time.
11. What does “Dynamic Link” mean?
A dynamic link means your card is not linked directly to one fixed URL, but rather to an intermediary link that we control.
- Example: You can use the card this month to collect Google reviews. Next month, you can contact us to change the same card to direct customers to your Instagram account. This is all done remotely, without needing to buy a new card.
Shipping and Delivery
12. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We are based in Dubai, UAE, and we ship and deliver to all countries worldwide.
13. How long does delivery take?
- Inside the UAE: Usually takes [Insert duration, e.g., 1-3 business days].
- International Shipping: Depends on the country. It usually takes [Insert duration, e.g., 5-15 business days].
14. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
- For orders inside the UAE: Prices include VAT.
- For International Orders (outside the UAE): Yes, this is possible. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country’s authorities. NAF NFC is not responsible for these fees.
Support and Return Policy
15. What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to all our products being customized (programmed with your link or printed with your logo), all sales are final and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
16. What if my card arrives damaged or not working?
This is the only exception. If you receive a product with a clear manufacturing defect (in printing or the NFC chip) or damage that occurred during shipping, please contact us immediately (within [Insert days, e.g., 7 days] of receipt) via email at [info@nafnfc.com] and attach photos or a video showing the issue, and we will gladly send you a replacement.
17. Are you affiliated with Google or Meta (Instagram)?
No. NAF NFC is a brand under Nader Al Fakesh Technologies LLC, which is an independent company. We provide a tool (the card) to facilitate access to these platforms, but we are not officially affiliated with Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X, or any other company.
