  • You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

4. Products and Orders

  • We display our products with the greatest possible accuracy. However, colors or designs may vary slightly from the images shown.
  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including (but not limited to) product unavailability, an error in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • An order will not be confirmed until you receive a shipment confirmation email or WhatsApp message.

5. Product Customization (Very Important Point)

  • Many of our products (such as Google review cards or social media profiles) require customization and programming based on information provided by the customer (such as URLs, usernames, or logos).
  • You, as the customer, bear full responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided to us.
  • We will not be responsible for any error in the card’s function (such as directing to a wrong link) if this error results from incorrect information you provided at the time of the order.
  • When you upload any logo or design, you represent and warrant that you own all legal rights and intellectual property rights to use that logo, and you grant us a limited license to use it for the sole purpose of manufacturing your card.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Prices shown may not include Value Added Tax (VAT) or shipping fees. These fees (if applicable) will be added at checkout.
  • Payment must be completed in full before products are shipped. We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be specified at checkout. These times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
  • For International Orders (Outside the UAE): You are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s authorities. NAF NFC is not responsible for these charges.

8. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Customized Products: Due to the nature of products that are programmed and customized to the customer’s specifications, all sales of customized products (which have been programmed with your link or printed with your logo) are considered final and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Exception (Manufacturing Defect): We only accept returns or exchanges if you receive a product with a clear manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during shipping. In this case, you must notify us within [Insert number of days, e.g., 7 days] from the date of receipt, providing proof (photos or video).

  • We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the Site or products, beyond the amount you paid for the product.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the laws and regulations in force in the Emirate of Dubai.
  • In the event of any dispute, it shall be resolved amicably. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the Dubai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
